Position: RBC Associate Director, Wholesale Finance
Shape the future of cash management finance at RBC as an Associate Director. Lead financial reporting efforts and collaborate across teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial information.

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for the RBC Clear cash management division. Your responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting processes, implementing new business initiatives, and contributing to cross-functional projects. You will ensure adherence to financial controls and IFRS compliance while mentoring team members to enhance their financial analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial and regulatory reporting completion

• Collaborate on new product implementations for cash management

• Review and enhance financial controls and policies

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in accounting developments

• Engage in finance-related IT projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Valid CPA or equivalent accounting qualifications

• Proficiency with IFRS 9 and relevant financial regulations

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities

• Aptitude for conveying complex accounting issues clearly
