Work alongside the Principal Broker to develop strategic relationships with a variety of stakeholders, turning leads into tangible business results while navigating the Canadian market effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure new financing mandates including construction and land servicing loans

• Expand and maintain a diverse pipeline of relationships in real estate

• Cultivate partnerships with credit unions, banks, and lenders

• Structure unique financing solutions tailored to client needs

• Present comprehensive financing packages to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial real estate lending experience

• Proven ability to close financing transactions

• Pre-existing relationships within the Canadian market

• Active FSRA Mortgage Agent or Broker License required

• Strong skills in communication and negotiation
