Job Overview

You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

This role has multiple openings. Please note that this position is for contracts ending May 31, 2027. All roles require working rotating shifts – Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8 pm EST for our Processing team. Positions are available in Toronto and Calgary. If you are located in the Greater Toronto Area, this position will be based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, after which the work location will transition to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

• Account administration and trade execution of all financial and non‑financial transactions on our client’s various mutual fund retail account types.
• Contact internal and external clients to ensure timely resolution of not‑in‑good‑order transactions.

• College diploma required (recent graduates encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) required.
• Strong communication skills in French (verbal and written) considered an asset.

This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model with rates ranging from $26.40 to $32.80, based on experience and qualifications. The hourly rate reflects the specialized skills and agility required for this role.
