As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you'll work full-time at our Toronto-Victoria Park and Van Horne Banking Centre. You'll engage with clients, understanding their personal and business needs while recommending optimal banking products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to identify their financial priorities
• Recommend tailored banking products and services
• Build long-lasting relationships within the community
• Educate clients on mobile banking applications
• Collaborate with team members to enhance services
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in client engagement
• Current Mutual Funds Licensing accreditation
• Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
