Position: Director Finance with CPA - Growth Focused

Reporting to the Vice President, Controller, this exciting role requires a CPA with at least 8 years of finance experience, including 3 years in a managerial position. You will lead a finance team while collaborating with operations and integration departments to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Foster a culture of high performance within the finance team

• Prepare and review financial documents for compliance

• Engage in collaborative problem-solving with leadership teams

• Enhance financial processes through effective controls

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant finance experience

• CPA and a degree in accounting or finance

• Familiarity with ASPE/IFRS and financial controls

• Critical thinking and outcome-oriented mindset

• Preferred experience with Net Suite and Smart View
