Position: Fraud Operations Senior Manager Opportunity
Embark on a leadership role in fraud operations with Rogers Bank in Toronto, ON. As a Senior Manager, you'll craft strategies to combat fraud while enhancing the customer experience.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Fraud Analytics, this position oversees the Bank's fraud program, involving the design and execution of monitoring strategies and the management of both internal resources and external service providers. You will be pivotal in identifying emerging fraud trends and developing training resources for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational oversight of fraud department activities

• Create standards and training materials for fraud procedures

• Continuously improve fraud detection strategies

• Investigate fraud cases and collaborate with law enforcement

• Engage as the Fraud SME for new initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience

• At least 5 years in credit card fraud expertise

• Proficient in SQL and SAS analytics tools

• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving capabilities
