Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist

MCAN is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Fulfillment Officer in Toronto, ON, specializing in residential lending. Utilize your skills in mortgage administration and client relations to excel in this role.

For this 6-month contractual position, you’ll oversee the document review process, ensuring compliance and accuracy while providing excellent service to customers and brokers. Your attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills will be critical in managing competing priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer efficient service to customers and mortgage brokers

• Cultivate internal working relationships for collaboration

• Collect outstanding and required mortgage documents

• Ensure compliance and accuracy in all documentation

• Complete tasks and send files to Quality Control on time

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• 2-3 years of experience in mortgage administration

• High integrity and compliance management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Exceptional problem-solving and attention-to-detail
