In this critical role, you will facilitate account openings, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your detail-oriented mindset will help manage client inquiries while supporting Wealth Advisors in their efforts to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure accuracy
• Collect and review client documentation thoroughly
• Maintain client records in the CRM system accurately
• Identify risks in documentation affecting client satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends related to onboarding
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or Finance required
• 1-2 years of experience in account administration
• Successful completion of Canadian investment courses required
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of Fidelity Clearing Canada product offerings is a plus
