As an Associate, Special Loans and Restructuring, you will support the Associate Director and assist in managing a portfolio of delinquent commercial accounts. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, liaising with clients about arrears, and collaborating within various banking departments to enhance loan management processes. Your organizational skills will be essential in handling multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support management of delinquent and problem commercial accounts
• Prepare and review critical reports for Senior Management
• Communicate with clients regarding loan delinquencies and noncompliance
• Assist Account Managers with portfolio management and documentation
• Contribute to departmental projects and compliance audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years in commercial banking or mortgage lending
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and servicing procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
