As a vital member of the Mutual Funds department, you will administer operations transactions for internal and external clients, resolving rejected trades, and executing transfers. You’ll collaborate with fund companies while adhering to regulatory guidelines and assist in continuous improvement initiatives within operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve rejected mutual fund transactions

• Execute internal transfers as per client instructions

• Administer systematic withdrawal plans and contributions

• Perform daily settlements and reconcile cash balances

• Maintain and update client account information

Requirements:

• 1–2 years in financial services, preferably mutual funds

• College diploma or equivalent experience required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Experience with Dataphile and FundSERV systems preferred

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
