The Onboarding Specialist is crucial in ensuring a seamless client experience during account setup. You will prepare and process documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with Wealth Advisors. Support client inquiries and maintain records in the CRM system, enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process client documentation accurately
• Coordinate onboarding and account opening processes
• Verify and review client documentation diligently
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisors to meet client needs
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of related experience required
• Completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course or Canadian Securities Course required
• Strong client service and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial sector
Your expertise in account administration and client relationship management will elevate Fidelity's onboarding experience.
