Job Overview

Work Location:

Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Hours:

37.5 per week.

Line of Business:
Sales & Customer Distribution Support.

Pay: $69,700 - $98,400 CAD.

Responsibilities
  • Manage workflow and assign cases to Wealth Cares and other Wealth lines.
  • Act as central point of contact for front‑line Wealth Advised employees and business partners on Level2 complaint matters.
  • Ensure regulatory filings are completed and followed up within the team.
  • Play an integral role in complaint reporting processes.
  • Review submissions to determine regulatory status, decide on routing to Wealth Cares or service, and advise contacts.
  • Document all Wealth Cares complaints onto a database, protecting data integrity.
  • Liaise with TD Wealth and other TD business partners to verify facts and guidance.
  • Identify systemic issues and trends, develop potential solutions through detailed reporting.
  • Triage files, manage follow‑up to meet regulatory deadlines, and take ownership of immediate solutions.
  • Assist with special projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Results‑oriented with superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and business acumen.
  • Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management and TDCT processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience interacting with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to adapt to an evolving environment and embrace additional responsibilities.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
Preferred Education & Accreditation
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Investments Funds in Canada (IFIC).
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Professional Financial Planning (PFP).
  • Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME).
  • Other industry courses are an asset.
