Vice President Finance

Position: Vice President Finance Greater
Join a growing Canadian technology firm as Vice President, Finance in the Greater Toronto Area. This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in finance leadership.

Reporting directly to the President, you will play a critical part on the executive team. The ideal candidate will lead the finance function, including accounting, FP&A, and cash flow management, while leading a team of 10-12 professionals. Your ability to seamlessly connect financial performance with business outcomes will drive effective decisions and influence strategies at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full finance operations including budgeting and forecasting

• Build and manage financial models for data-driven insights

• Partner with legal and compliance on governance matters

• Guide business decisions with strong commercial acumen

• Manage a high-performing finance team with transparency

Requirements:

• Experience leading finance functions in growth environments

• Proven ability in capital raising and M&A processes

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Hands-on leader experienced with Power BI

• Track record of implementing financial strategies and processes
