Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analyses

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

• Lead annual audits and manage relationships with auditors and banks

• Mentor high-performing finance and admin teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance or related field; MBA preferred

• CPA or equivalent designation strongly preferred

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience

• Experience in a growth-oriented private sector

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and audits
