Position: Business Processing Associate in Client Experience
Become a key member of CI Financial Corp.'s Client Experience team as a Business Processing Associate. Ensure timely processing of financial transactions while providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

As a Business Processing Associate, you'll analyze trade requests and ensure all documentation is in order for processing. With a focus on accuracy, this role involves communicating with financial advisors and third parties, reviewing daily reports, and participating in special projects. Your ability to manage transaction setups, documentation, and customer interactions will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze new financial and transactional requests

• Ensure documentation meets company policies for processing

• Communicate with financial advisors and third parties

• Review daily reconciliation and data integrity reports

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of administrative or operations experience

• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Mutual Funds is an asset

• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
