Candidates should possess a Big4 tax background with over 10 years of expertise in corporate, fund, and partnership taxation. You will contribute to risk management, external advisor relationships, and help translate complex tax concepts for executive leadership.

• Lead corporate and partnership tax compliance for CC&L;
• Provide insights on Canadian pooled funds and U.S. tax rules
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors
• Proactively monitor recent tax legislation and impact
• Collaborate with internal teams on tax planning alignment

• Big4 background with 10+ years in corporate tax
• Expertise in partnership structures and mutual funds
• Proficient in Tax Prep software
• Robust communication skills for senior executives
• CPA with a Master of Taxation or equivalent
