Senior Financial Analyst - Product Control

Our client is a Big-5 bank and looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst on their Product Control team for an initial 6‑month contract.

If you are in the CFA program, have a solid understanding of equity derivatives [swaps, options, etc.] and are looking for a role in one of Canada's premier Banks we have the role for you! As the Senior Financial Analyst, Product Control you will provide daily reporting to front office traders.

This is a hands on role requiring suburb attention to detail and critical thinking.

You will be supporting the front office with daily PnL Reporting.

The role is hybrid in office 2‑3 days a week in Toronto.

• Calculation and verification of PnL
• Reconciling daily positions
• IPV reporting and valuation adjustments

• 2 to 5 years hands on experience with CFA or FRM designated or in progress
• Technically savvy with MS Excel and VBA, Tableau and Alteryx
• Solid derivatives experience
• Cross functional collaboration with treasury, accounting, front office, market risk, etc.
• Solid understanding of the Greeks and effect on PnL
