Join the team in Toronto as a Payments Risk Advisory and Oversight Manager. Drive an effective Payments Risk Management Program and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
This full-time position at CUSO requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 4 years in payments risk, operational risk, or compliance, ideally within financial services. You will support the payments risk strategy, provide insights into risk management tools, and lead annual risk assessments while partnering with the first line of defense for oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support CUSO Payments Risk strategy implementation
• Provide recommendations for policies and processes
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting business practices
• Investigate incidents related to payments and fraud
• Execute annual Payments Risk Assessment for accuracy
Requirements:
• 4+ years in payments risk or related fields
• Experience with operational risk programs and assessments
• Knowledge of global payments fraud best practices
• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred
Certifications:
APRP, AAP, CFE, CAMS
