Senior Financial Analyst

$100,000 - $115,000 Base Salary + Comprehensive Benefits

An established and rapidly growing North American organization is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team in Toronto. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, business partnering opportunities, and the chance to support a complex multi-entity environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision support while leveraging advanced financial modelling capabilities to drive business insights and operational performance.

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning, acquisitions, capital allocation decisions, and operational initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple business entities.
• Analyze monthly financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards.
• Partner closely with operational leaders to evaluate business performance and support decision-making.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial review processes.
• Assist with business case development, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations.
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and forecasting methodologies.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CPA designation or active CPA enrollment is considered an asset.
• 4+ years of progressive Senior Financial Analyst experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Strong experience supporting multi-entity or multi-location organizations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
