Key Responsibilities:

• Act as main contact for internal deal teams

• Review solicitor documentation meticulously

• Verify mortgage conditions are fully met

• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues proactively

• Coordinate fund releases with accounting and solicitors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field

• 5–7 years in commercial mortgage lending or financial services

• Familiarity with CMHC‑insured lending preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
