Technology Auditor - Securities & Capital Markets

This role supports technology audit engagements focused on Institutional Securities, Capital Markets, and Trading Front Office environments within a large banking organization. The successful candidate will bring hands-on IT audit experience within capital markets
, with the ability to assess complex, high-risk trading and market-facing technology environments at a detailed, operational level.

This is a pure IT Audit role and requires prior exposure to internal audit–style depth
, particularly within capital markets or trading businesses. Candidates may come from Canada or the United States.

• Perform in-depth testing of technology control
  s supporting trading, markets, and front-office systems
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT control
  s within complex, high-volume, real-time trading environments
• Conduct walkthroughs and testing of technology processes, applications, and infrastructur
  e supporting capital markets activities
• Evaluate risks related to system availability, change management, access controls, data integrity, and automation within trading platforms
• Document audit procedures, testing results, and conclusions clearly and thoroughly
• Identify control gaps, root causes, and risk exposures, and communicate findings to audit leadership and technology stakeholders
• Work closely with internal audit teams and technology partners throughout audit planning, execution, and reporting phases
• Support ongoing audit coverage and ad-hoc audit requests as required

• Hands-on experience executing audit work independently, including walkthroughs, testing, and documentatio
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex technology environment
