Drive excellence in investment processing with Tangerine as a Specialist in Investments. This contract role involves managing investor transactions, problem resolution, and providing expert support for mutual fund products. At Tangerine, Canada’s leading digital bank, you will represent the Mutual Fund Team as a subject matter expert.
Your responsibilities will include handling transactions from the Call Centre, ensuring timely cash management, and actively monitoring investment service requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as SME on mutual fund products and training
- Complete transactions from Call Centre and verify information
- Ensure timely cash management and trade processing
- Monitor investment queues and provide status updates
- Collaborate on account-related issue resolution
- University or college degree preferred
- 1–2 years banking-related experience
- IFI Operations or Canadian Securities Course beneficial
- Call Centre experience is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication skills
