As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your 4–7 years of commercial real estate finance experience, particularly in construction underwriting. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, cash flow management, and preparing legal documents to ensure timely fund disbursements.

Your role will require effective communication with clients and internal teams, underscoring the importance of excelled documentation and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large volume of construction draws

• Create and maintain cash flow for construction loans

• Analyze borrower profiles and financial data

• Prepare legal documents and funding summaries

• Engage with clients and conduct site visits

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in business or related field

• 4–7 years in commercial real estate finance

• Proven construction underwriting experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in French preferred
