Position: Lending Specialist at DUCA Connect
Elevate member service as a Lending Specialist lize your skills to provide expert advice, underwriting, and cross-selling opportunities to enhance member experiences.

As a Member Connect Lending Specialist, you will offer crucial support to Members and prospective Members through various communication platforms. This full-time role involves underwriting credit applications, retaining retail lending business, and promoting DUCA products tailored to individual needs. You'll ensure compliance with lending guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service in a contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable service for lending and member inquiries

• Underwrite credit applications with precision and care

• Identify and cross-sell relevant DUCA products successfully

• Manage mortgage retention for your assigned portfolio

• Assist members with online banking and transactions

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years in a contact center with lending experience

• Familiarity with banking and credit protocols for 1–2 years

• Experience with retail underwriting guidelines preferred

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
