Position: Manager of Asset Management at Realstar
Step into a pivotal role as Manager of Asset Management with Realstar, focusing on enhancing financial performance and operational results in a multi-residential portfolio. Your expertise will drive strategies for maximizing net operating income (NOI) and overall asset value.

In this hands-on position, you will report directly to the VP, Asset Management, and contribute meaningfully to operational excellence. Strong financial acumen is essential as you prepare budgets, conduct variance analysis, and develop asset-level business plans. Regular property assessments and collaboration with property management teams will foster daily operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial performance of multi-residential assets

• Prepare and track annual operating and capital budgets

• Develop comprehensive asset-level business strategies

• Conduct property level reviews and operational assessments

• Provide investor reporting and analytics support

Requirements:

• 5+ years of financial experience

• University degree in Finance or related field

• Real estate experience preferred

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Familiarity with Yardi and analytical tools
