Position: Finance Lead for TIFF
Become the Finance and Procurement Lead at TIFF in Toronto, where your expertise in AR/AP management and procurement will enhance financial operations. This role emphasizes financial analysis and vendor coordination.

TIFF is seeking a Finance and Procurement Lead for a four-month contract in their downtown Toronto office. The candidate will manage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will also coordinate procurement activities, engaging with vendors and analyzing financial reports to support TIFF’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing and reconciliation for Market accounts receivable

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely approvals

• Coordinate procurement activities for timely delivery of services

• Monitor departmental finance inbox for inquiries and responses

• Generate performance reports to support decision-making

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Finance or related field

• 4 years of finance experience with AR/AP duties

• Proficiency in Net Suite and Excel for financial modeling

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Effective communication skills for departmental collaboration
