MNP is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead comprehensive valuations essential for financial reporting and strategic choices. Ideal candidates are passionate about finance and business analysis, possessing the expertise to execute thorough valuations. You will work closely with clients to deliver independent, well-researched business valuations that support their decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute valuations for both regulatory and strategic purposes

• Participate in financial modeling and provide fairness opinions

• Engage clients and conduct in-depth market research

• Develop cash flow models to determine business value

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance

• CPA or CFA designation; pursuing CBV preferred

• 3 to 4 years of experience in valuation services

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
