What is the Opportunity?

Provide support to a team that helps our DS Investment Advisors, PH&N Investment Counsellors, and our clients with servicing of in‑force policies and new business processes. The role assists with servicing and maintaining existing clients while promoting business growth for a successful Estate Planning Specialist.

What will you do?
  • Support in‑force servicing and respond to requests, including in‑force illustrations, cash surrender values, premium payment confirmation, and general policy inquiries from Investment Advisors and clients.
  • Review all documentation and correspondence filing procedures and ensure an organized system is in place.
  • Ensure client inquiries and any problems are responded to in a timely manner and that all activity is recorded in a contact management system.
  • Identify and put forward ideas to EPS to generate incremental business.
  • Plan and manage day‑to‑day in‑force activities in EPS’ absence.
  • Prepare materials (in‑force life company documents) and accompanying documents for EPS and clients.
  • Provide backup support on new business application processes to the EPS team.
Must Have
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an Insurance Agency or equivalent role within the industry.
  • Knowledge of Life and Living Benefits insurance products.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Experience with meeting tight deadlines and setting priorities; ability to work independently.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  • Life Insurance Licensed, LLQP.
Nice‑to‑have
  • Post‑secondary degree considered an asset.
  • Experience servicing high net worth clients.
