Reporting directly to the Vice President, this Associate role involves managing performance for multifamily assets in the US. Engage in financial analyses, audit KPIs, and assist with the financing and disposition processes, ensuring successful investment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate investment performance through comprehensive financial analysis
Conduct KPI analysis, focusing on occupancy and rent growth
Maintain portfolio cash flow forecasts and updates
Collaborate with property management for asset optimization
Prepare financial documentation for lenders and advisers

Requirements

Three years of experience in asset management or investment
Educational background in finance, accounting, or real estate
Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel occasionally within the US
