Become a vital part of our client's wealth management firm as a Tax Associate in downtown Toronto. Leverage your tax expertise in personal and corporate tax preparation to support high-net-worth clients.

This full-time, in-office position seeks a professional with 3-4 years of tax experience, ideally from public accounting. You will focus on personal tax returns while gaining exposure to corporate tax and planning initiatives. Collaborate with other financial professionals to expand your knowledge in wealth management and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review personal income tax returns (T1s)

• Assist in preparing corporate income tax returns (T2s)

• Support compliance for high-net-worth individuals

• Conduct tax research and explore planning opportunities

• Communicate effectively with clients on tax inquiries

Requirements:

• Approximately 3-4 years of tax experience

• Strong experience with T1 personal tax return preparation

• Exposure to T2 corporate tax returns preferred

• Progress towards CPA designation is an asset

• Strong communication skills essential
