TD is seeking a Senior Technology Enablement Analyst to provide end-to-end support for AML and Transaction Monitoring initiatives. This position combines application ownership, stakeholder orchestration, and testing leadership to ensure operational readiness and compliance.

You'll work with business stakeholders to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enable AML and Transaction Monitoring platforms across their lifecycle

• Support FCRM operations, ensuring compliance with risk frameworks

• Lead intake and enablement of AML and TM applications

• Manage Business Acceptance Testing for various AML scenarios

• Partner with Data teams for accurate detection logic validation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AML/FCRM enablement

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and testing strategies

• Proven ability to translate business needs into tech requirements

• Experience with data integrity and risk management

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate required
