As part of Fidelity's Operations Tax team, you will manage various critical tasks including year-end processes, tax slip production, and interaction with clients and tax authorities. This role requires expertise in the tax operations and demands collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive efficient and accurate reporting. Your attention to detail will help maintain Fidelity's compliance and risk framework effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Canadian and US tax reporting processes
• Manage client year-end tax processes for accuracy
• Handle regulatory compliance and risk ratings
• Develop and deliver documentation updates
• Ensure all tax accounts are reconciled accurately
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in tax reporting and processing
• Experience in the brokerage or clearing industry
• University degree and relevant tax courses preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
