Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee interest rate risk management and mitigation strategies

• Develop treasury investment strategies for maximizing returns

• Lead ALM model development and implementation

• Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing for market conditions

• Ensure compliance with OSFI Market Risk Management Guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field

• 15+ years in ALM within banking treasury or risk management

• Deep knowledge of risk management techniques and regulatory frameworks

• Strong understanding of hedge accounting practices

• Proven leadership and analytical skills
