Commercial Funding Officer at EQB

As part of the dynamic Commercial team at EQB, you will be responsible for funding loans from various partners and ensuring compliance with legislative standards.

Your role will require expertise in analyzing corporate structures, reviewing legal documents, and providing exceptional service to maintain relationships with external partners.

You'll work with in a fast-paced environment and be expected to manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal and AML document reviews independently

• Collaborate with partners and lawyers on documentation

• Ensure accuracy in loan setups within Bank systems

• Manage the daily funding agenda and pipeline

• Assist Funding Management with monitoring and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in commercial mortgage funding

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Understanding of PCMLTFA Act and Regulations

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
