About the OpportunityOur client in the financial services sector is seeking multiple Bilingual Processing Representatives to join their operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a detail-oriented environment, reviewing documentation, and supporting the accurate processing of financial transactions.

Your Responsibilities- You’ll process financial and non-financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- You’ll review documentation and account information to verify completeness and identify discrepancies requiring follow‑up
- You’ll communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding documentation and processing issues
- You’ll maintain accurate records and update information within internal systems
- You’ll support account administration activities and operational workflows across multiple product and service lines
- You’ll investigate processing exceptions and work collaboratively to ensure timely resolution
- You’ll contribute to service quality standards by meeting productivity, accuracy, and turnaround expectations
- You’ll support ongoing process improvements and operational initiatives as required
- College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a process-driven environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new technology platforms
- Previous experience in financial services, operations, administration, transaction processing, or customer service is considered an asset
