Position: Director of Commercial FP&A at PointClickCare
Take the lead in commercial finance as the Director of Commercial FP&A ve growth and operational excellence through strategic financial initiatives to impact ARR and profitability.

In this senior role, you will provide direct leadership over Commercial Deal Excellence and Contribution Margins. Collaborating closely with executive teams, you will enhance decision-making with advanced financial strategies and insights.

Your role will include developing a high-performing FP&A team and advising on pricing structures to forge strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct leadership over Commercial Deal Excellence initiatives

• Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams for Deal Desk governance

• Establish standards for deal quality and performance metrics

• Forge strategic partnerships advising on pricing structures

• Develop a high-performing team of FP&A professionals

Requirements:

• 10–12+ years in FP&A, including 5+ in tech sectors

• Strong commercial finance and contracting experience

• Ability to influence C-suite discussions

• Expertise in SaaS metrics and financial practices

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CPA/CFA preferred
