Reporting directly to the CFO of Fiera Infrastructures, the Controller ensures accurate financial reporting across multiple entities and countries. This role demands expertise in IFRS, tax compliance, and financial controls, playing a critical part in investor relations and operational oversight. You will guide the finance team while fostering a trusting and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

• Oversee IFRS-compliant financial statement preparation

• Serve as primary contact for external auditors

• Coordinate Canadian tax compliance and international filings

• Drive process improvements in reporting and compliance

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in fund accounting and financial statements

• Proficient in Quick Books and SAP
