Job Overview

What You’ll Be Doing- Support the Group Product Manager and Director on business objectives and partner relationships across the bank.
- Own one or two products within the Cheques and Cash Payments portfolio, including Cheque product and related features such as Third Party Cheques, Cash & Cheques Ordering, Bulk Cheque Imaging, Stop & Return Process.
- Assist in development, management, presentation and implementation of projects related to Cash Management products, focusing on business growth and profitability while improving the client experience.
- Help develop and recommend strategic plans, analyze product opportunities, and conduct regular competitive reviews and cost‑management activities.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations and pricing recommendations for Cash Management Receivables products.
- Provide marketing and communications support, ensuring product collateral is current and accurately positioned.
- Act as subject‑matter expert with internal business partners to author business cases, requirement documents and product/feature enhancements.
- Contribute to strategy, annual business plans, and development of recommendations for programs supporting Commercial Banking clients.
- Provide ongoing, high‑quality support to internal sales and service partners.
- Manage execution of projects, including stakeholder coordination, analysis, development, and implementation, particularly for Cash Management products.
- Recommend improvements to sales capabilities and channel distribution effectiveness.
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related discipline, or equivalent business experience.
- Demonstrated experience in product management and product development.
- Strong knowledge of Cash Management Products and experience launching innovative products to market.
- Preferred experience in the financial services industry.
