As a Finance Administrator, you will deliver high-quality administrative support to finance leaders while ensuring seamless execution of finance processes. The role demands advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP financial systems like SAP. You'll actively engage with stakeholders to pursue process improvements and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive admin support to finance leaders
• Act as key contact for internal/external inquiries
• Prepare and maintain meeting agendas and logs
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in related field
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
• Experience with large ERP financial systems
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
