Lead Sun Life’s finance transformation as Vice President, guiding initiatives to modernize and streamline global finance processes. Drive results through strategic leadership in a complex financial services environment.
In this senior leadership role, you will spearhead the Global Finance Evolution agenda, defining priorities and mobilizing work streams. You will implement large-scale transformations across core functions, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness while modernizing technology and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation strategy and execution
• Drive Global Finance Evolution agenda with measurable outcomes
• Design process-aligned global operating models
• Re-engineer core finance processes to eliminate duplication
• Partner with tech teams to modernize finance automation
Requirements:
• 15+ years in finance leadership or transformation
• Proven experience in global finance transformation
• Deep understanding of core finance processes
• Experience in shared services and delivery models
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance
