Aviso Wealth is a leading Canadian investment management firm committed to improving the financial well‑being of Canadians. We seek a bilingual Investment Representative to join our Online Trading Center team, supporting self‑directed investors with trade processing and client service.

• Respond to client inquiries about Qtrade Investor products via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
• Accept and execute client orders, calculating commissions, conversion fees, and other relevant charges accurately.
• Obtain required authorizations, stay up‑to‑date with special conditions, and liaise with appropriate departments before order execution.
• Facilitate account documentation by discussing requirements with clients and ensuring all necessary forms are completed.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of equities, options, and related market conventions and the information systems supporting Qtrade Investor services.
• Stay informed about market trends and news that could impact client investment decisions.
• Understand and apply securities‑trading settlement procedures, trading floor activities, and corporate actions such as credit and open‑market trades.
• Identify, report, and recommend solutions to improve service quality and resolve administrative issues.
• Act as the primary customer service resource for problem resolution and complaints, conducting investigations, documenting data, consulting with product specialists, and ensuring appropriate follow‑up.
• Achieve or surpass productivity targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of related financial services experience.
• Requirements for the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) or Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) are mandatory.
• Knowledge of options licensing courses and products is a plus and must be achieved within six months of hire.
• Registration as a financial representative within the last two years is advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Clear, concise documentation ability.
• In‑depth market mechanics knowledge.
