- Support the development and execution of strategy for the reverse mortgage business, including quantitative analysis and forecasting.
- Actively manage a portfolio of potential and existing mortgage clients, guiding them through applications and renewal processes.
- Provide customized mortgage solutions to build client loyalty and peace of mind.
- Manage mortgage renewals and retention strategies, building strong client relationships.
- Experience:
6‑8 years in mortgage brokerage, loan servicing or related field. - Skills:
Agile way of working, AI and automation, automated QA tools such as Test Complete.
