Loan Portfolio Coordinator

Contribute to the accuracy of loan management with Futurpreneur as a Loan Portfolio Coordinator. This full-time, hybrid role supports loan processing and client inquiries while focusing on integrity and compliance in your work.

Futurpreneur seeks a Loan Portfolio Coordinator who will report to the Director of Loan Portfolio & Client Support. You’ll be essential in maintaining the loan portfolio, collaborating with finance and client support teams, and ensuring accuracy in transactions. This permanent position requires a minimum of two in-office days, enhancing your teamwork and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare loan files for disbursements and payments

• Accurately upload EFTs for loan advancements

• Reconcile loan transactions and resolve discrepancies

• Generate and upload monthly loan statements

• Assist in client inquiries and identify process improvements

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience in loan portfolio management

• Educational background in Finance or Business Administration

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with client relationship management systems

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
