Operational Risk Analyst at RFA Bank

RFA Bank is seeking an Operational Risk Analyst to support leadership in understanding the bank's risk profile. You'll engage with Business and Functional Units, facilitating the Risk and Control Self-assessment process and ensuring compliance with operational risk standards. Your expertise will contribute to the enhancement of risk management tools and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and the Board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the Risk and Control Self-assessment process

• Analyze root causes of operational risk events

• Monitor actions from audits and identified risks

• Support risk management system enhancements

• Prepare and present operational risk reports

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years in risk management or compliance

• Understanding of ORM & ERM practices

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

• Relevant risk certification progression is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
