Vice President of Infrastructure Finance

Lead our North American financial advisory practice as the Vice President of Infrastructure Finance. This pivotal role involves managing complex transactions while enhancing team capabilities and client relationships.

In this permanent, full-time position located in Vancouver or Toronto, you’ll be responsible for driving transaction success and technical excellence. You will mentor junior team members, identify advisory opportunities, and maintain strong relationships within the infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial modeling and due diligence for transactions

• Lead teams to execute financial advisory mandates

• Mentor and manage junior practitioners effectively

• Develop client and stakeholder relationships in infrastructure

Requirements:

• At least six years of experience in infrastructure finance

• Strong deal management and delivery skills

• Proven track record in executing infrastructure mandates
