Job Location & Schedule

Hybrid schedule with flexible options. Work location is 483 Bay Street, Toronto, until late 2026. After that, the location will change to 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga.

Current work authorization for Canada is required.

This is a fixed‑term contract, ending December 31, 2026.

What You Will Do
  • Open and review new accounts into the Dataphile environment in a timely manner.
  • Support a broad range of account lifecycle and client maintenance activities.
  • Manage routine and complex account updates across multiple systems, ensuring documents are in good order and comply with internal and regulatory industry requirements.
  • Provide clear instructions to clients regarding deficiencies to ensure an effortless experience.
What You Need
  • Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with different account types (Non‑Registered: Cash, Margin, Joint, etc.; Registered: RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, etc.).
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
Additional Skills (Assets)
  • Knowledge of or experience in the brokerage industry.
  • Completion of, or enrolment in, a financial services industry program (e.g., CSC).
  • Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written).

Compensation

Hourly compensation ranges from $26.00 to $31.00 CAD, based on experience and qualifications.

The compensation package is market‑aligned and complies with provincial pay‑transparency requirements.
