Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily administrative and trade requests
• Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries
• Schedule meetings and manage follow-up actions
• Process trades for advisors and manage client paperwork
• Support marketing initiatives and track opportunities
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Understanding of fundamental investment practices
• Experience with CRM software and online marketing
• Investment licensing, including Canadian Securities Course
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
