Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding and account documentation

• Support Investment Counsellors with meeting preparations

• Address client inquiries with urgency and professionalism

• Generate client reports based on specific needs

• Assist with rebalancing and executing trades accurately

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

• 2+ years in financial services sector

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA

• Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail when managing multiple priorities
