Reporting to the Director, Complex Transactions, this managerial role requires in-depth pension expertise. As a senior subject matter expert, you will adjudicate high-risk transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Collaborate with various teams to strengthen processes and improve member outcomes while providing guidance on complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administration of complex pension transactions
• Serve as a senior expert for high-risk cases
• Review and validate outputs from the team
• Monitor operational performance and emerging risks
• Implement process improvements and system enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in defined benefit plan administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience in mentoring teams
• Excellent communication and client service skills
Ensure operational excellence and enhance transaction processes within UPP’s pension plan framework.
