As part of the Capital Markets Risk Management team at CIBC, you'll provide essential insights and solutions for market risk capture in our systems. With a focus on stakeholder collaboration, you will enhance market risk processes, ensuring they are both methodologically sound and efficient. Your contributions will directly impact risk initiatives and promote strategic direction within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain market risk calculation systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders on risk measurement projects
• Conduct thorough analysis for assigned market initiatives
• Manage Market Risk projects within delivery frameworks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory initiatives in Market Risk
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in Business Analysis or related field
• Degree in a quantitative discipline, FRM preferred
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or related languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders
